Policy
TAC’s policy work includes regular discussions with those who make decisions affecting our industry and the broader broadcasting and production sectors. TAC engages regularly with:
- The Welsh Senedd and Welsh Government on broadcasting matters in Wales
- The UK Government – including the Wales Office, UK Department for Culture Media & Sport (DCMS) and various parliamentary committees
- Representatives of all political parties, to discuss the Welsh TV production sector and its cultural and economic importance
- Ofcom and others to discuss broadcast regulation, public service broadcasting and related matters
- The BBC executive and S4C to discuss policy matters
