An Introduction to Mental Health in the Workplace, Caernarfon, 22 January 2020

A day’s training provided by charity Mind for anyone who wishes to learn more about mental health. It provides an overview and examines the causes of mental health problems. You will learn to recognise signs and symptoms of mental health problems, and what support is available. Mind training also aims to challenge the stigma often associated with mental health problems.
