Hijinx workshop, Chapter, Cardiff, 16 January 2020
Hijinx is a not-for-profit professional theatre company which casts learning disabled and/or autistic actors (LD/A) in award-winning productions which tour the world. They have a network of 60+ trained actors around Wales who have learning and developmental disabilities, including Down’s Syndrome, Autism and Asperger’s Syndrome.
Hijinx offer specialist communications training for public-facing staff who regularly encounter vulnerable clients and colleagues. Uniquely, it is delivered by LD/A actors, led by a neurotypical Hijinx facilitator, and is always interactive, energetic and creative. TAC and Hijinx have worked together to develop a half-day session for our colleagues in the production industry. Register below to book your place for this special chance to participate.
