Mental Health for Leaders and Senior Managers’ workshop, 18 June 2021

Following the success of this workshop earlier in the year, TAC is pleased to announce that we are working with our supplier partner Mental Health at Work once again, and offering an opportunity for 12 leaders and senior managers to register for this training. Taking care of our own and others’ mental health is more important than ever after the events of the past year and more. In two sessions over the day, you will examine the following:

Session 1: preparing yourselves as leaders and  senior managers for success in your  role in leading processes and ways of working that will keep you, your workforce and the organisation safe in managing mental health now and in the future.

Session 2: this is a skills session, looking at your work and your part in role modelling, noticing and prioritising the mental health of your team.

Further details of the course content will be sent to delegates when registration closes.

The course is held in English by experienced and skilled trainer Nina Mitchell, who received very positive feedback from your colleagues after the first workshop There is a maximum of 12 spaces available, and you will need to confirm that you can be present throughout both sessions. You can register via the form below, and places will be allocated in the order in which the forms are received. If you have any queries, please contact Luned Whelan.
