Understanding Mental Health webinar for all: 9 February 2021

TAC is pleased to announce that we are holding a webinar on Understanding Mental Health for production sector workers, delivered by Nina Mitchell and Simone Ford of Mental Health at Work, who specialize in the field, on 9 February 2021. Topics which will be covered include:

  • Introducing an understanding of mental health, mental health issues and mental illness
  • Exploring attitudes and myths around mental health and mental illness and the preferred language to begin to reduce stigma and support conversations
  • Looking after your mental health in industry workplaces
  • Anxiety and working with Covid
  • Improving understanding of self and others in relation to workplace mental health, including acting with empathy and kindness
  • Consider a new understanding of stress
  • Discuss shared responsibilities in the workplace and the legal responsibility under the Equality Act 2010
  • Raise awareness around signposting within your organisation

The webinar will last 60-75 minutes. As well as asking a question in advance when you register, delegates will be able to use the chat facility to ask questions during the session.
